Shipping Policy & Rates

Same-Day Shipping:

Most stocked items ordered before 5pm EST will ship the same day.

Charge Backs:

Chargebacks determined by freight companies (FedEx, LTL carriers) such as for address corrections, inside deliveries, etc. are charged to your account on a separate invoice.

Worldwide Shipping:

Rates vary.

Contiguous U.S.:

  • Orders of $1750 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders less than $1750: rates vary.

Florida:

  • Orders of $1750 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders less than $1750: rates start at $12.50, and on LTL Freight deliveries, a $80 Flat Rate applies.

Tri-County Local (Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach):

  • Orders of $250 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders less than $250: $12 Flat Rate shipping.

Rush Shipping:

Announcement Converters is not responsible for rush shipping of out-of-stock products.

Samples:

  • Two free paper samples of 8.5 x 11 or any size envelope for a $3 handling fee.
  • Additional samples beyond two: $1 per sample unless the cost of the 8.5 x 11 sheet is greater than $1, in which case it will be charged at the standard cost of that sheet.
  • Larger sheet samples: $2.50 per sheet plus a $12 cutting fee.
  • Full sheets: $5/sheet or full sheet price fee (greater of the two) and $5 handling.
  • 12 x 12 sheets of Glitter: billed at $2.50/sheet.

Return Policy

Returns:

  • Must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies for items returned without cause (damage or shipping error).
  • Damaged/incorrect items will be replaced, and a credit applied once we receive the return.
  • Replaced products will be shipped at no cost, using the same class of service as the original shipment. Upgraded shipping options on replacements will incur an upcharge.
  • Canadian customers must provide their FedEx account number to avoid a FedEx fee (currently CAD$10) for having to collect local taxes (GST) at delivery.
  • Printed material cannot be returned, including merchandise sent in error. Please ensure items received are checked prior to printing.

Discounts:

  • Discount eligibility must be noted on your order over the phone, via this website, or by email.
  • Restocking fees apply for items returned without cause (damage or shipping error).

We offer an 82% discount on FedEx shipping to Canada with no brokerage fees. Typical transit time is 2 days to metropolitan areas and 3 days elsewhere. Next-day service is also available for an additional cost.
