Who we are
Anco Paper remains committed to the privacy and security of all our customers. Our website and privacy policies are designed to protect all sensitive information and to ensure best practices for privacy and transparency are undertaken and adhered to.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the information shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also known as a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture may be publicly visible alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to our website, we recommend avoiding images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract location data from images posted on the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. This allows you to avoid re-entering your details when leaving future comments. These cookies will remain active for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also create several cookies to save your login information and display preferences. Login cookies remain active for two days, while display preference cookies remain active for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will remain active for two weeks. Logging out of your account will remove the login cookies.
If you edit or publish content on the site, an additional cookie may be stored in your browser. This cookie does not contain personal data and simply identifies the post ID of the article you edited. It expires after one day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles or pages on this website may include embedded content such as videos, images, articles, or other media. Embedded content from third-party websites behaves in the same manner as if you visited those websites directly.
These third-party websites may collect information about you, use cookies, implement additional tracking technologies, and monitor your interaction with their embedded content, including tracking interactions if you are logged into those websites.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the password reset email for security purposes.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of placing them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if applicable), we store the personal information provided in their user profile. Registered users may view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except for their username. Website administrators may also access and edit this information when necessary.
Your data rights
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us. You may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, except for information we are legally or administratively required to retain for security, legal, or compliance purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be processed through an automated spam detection service.
