Welcome to Anco Paper. By accessing or using this website, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing products.

1. Business of Trade / Account Approval

Anco Paper is a wholesale supplier serving businesses, printers, designers, manufacturers, and trade professionals. Access to pricing and ordering may require account registration and approval.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke account access at our discretion.

Prices, product availability, and account terms are subject to change without notice.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to prior sale and availability.

Inventory levels displayed online may not always reflect real-time stock availability due to simultaneous sales activity, mill allocations, production schedules, or inventory synchronization timing.

Certain products may be special order, mill order, or manufactured-to-order items and may require extended lead times.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or substitute equivalent items when necessary.

Estimated lead times and shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Product Representation & Color Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, textures, finishes, and specifications. However, actual product appearance may vary due to:

Customers are strongly encouraged to request physical samples before committing to critical print, packaging, branding, or production projects.

4. Orders & Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Pricing errors, typographical errors, system errors, or incorrect product information may be corrected at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Orders are not considered final until reviewed and accepted by Anco Paper.

Minimum order quantities, carton quantities, broken carton fees, cutting charges, pallet charges, or other service-related fees may apply depending on the products ordered.

Concealed damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

Photographs and supporting documentation may be required.

7. Returns & Restocking

Returned items must be received in original condition and packaging.

8. Custom Cutting & Converting

Custom manufacturing services, including but not limited to cutting, scoring, die cutting, and envelope converting, are subject to production tolerances standard within the paper and converting industry.
